Griffin Wilson is the Intranet Manager at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), a component of the Department of Homeland Security. At USCIS, she works in the Employee Communications & Engagement division of the Office of Communications, connecting and engaging more than 22,000 employees in 223 offices around the world.

Griffin’s roles include management of the agency’s SharePoint-based intranet, developing employee engagement campaigns, providing analysis and recommendations for user experience, and distributing agency-wide communications.

Wilson has been with the Office of Communications since 2011, when she joined as a student intern while completing her Master’s Degree at the University of Kentucky. She previously received a degree in Russian Language from Cornell University, and a Certificate in International Migration Studies from Georgetown University. Prior to her position at USCIS, she worked with internally displaced populations in Bosnia, led interpretative programs at the National Parks Service, and provided technical support at Cornell University and the University of Kentucky.
